Acid corrosion inhibitor

A chemical reagent that protects steel from acid attack. Designed to protect carbon steel in solutions of hydrochloric acid of various concentrations, as well as in mixtures of hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids. It is a mixture of surfactants of complex composition, unsaturated alcohols and aldehydes in a low-freezing liquid based on methanol and other solvents.

The recommended effective dosage of the inhibitor is selected based on the results of pilot field tests directly at the site of application. Inhibitor selection can be done with the assistance of the UKEM Solutions service team.
